Business Review: Smoke-N-Hot BBQ

Over the week I went to try a real food truck in the Anniston area! Except this food truck is a big trailer with a smoker on the back. Smoke-N-Hot BBQ uses fresh ingredients and recipes. And the food is cooked with its secret “Irish Twist.” So I found the food truck along the side of the road at a local business and I went to try their food.

This truck has a big smoker attached to its back to smoke their meats.

I ordered two jumbo pulled pork sandwiches. The buns were toasted on a grill. And they had plenty of pulled pork, pickles, and sauce.

I could taste the smoke in the pork and it melted in my mouth. And the sauce was good as well. Overall these sandwiches were awesome! Many customers keep saying they have the best BBQ in Calhoun County. If sandwiches are not your thing? They also do BBQ ribs as well. The trick is to find this place as they move around every day.
