A highlight of our Chattanooga Trip, Jake and I would chase Southern Railway 4501 as it powers the Summerville Steam Special over the former Central of Georgia Railway to Summerville GA. As a part of the 2025 National Model Model Railroad Association’s convention in Chattanooga TN, model train manufacturer ScaleTrains and the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum has had the 4501 repainted into its classic Southern Railway virginia green and gold livery. Also seen in this video are NS 126 as it passes the excursion boarding passengers at Grand Junction Depot and CSX E305-01 passing Coffey’s Cliff.
