Being healthy is a very important thing in one’s lifetime.  But, do you know the five easy health traits to follow to live a longer life?  The YouTube channel Doctor Mike reveals five things anyone can do to live a long and healthy life all from Harvard researchers.  They are:

  1. Don’t Smoke
  2. Eat Healthy
  3. Exercise
  4. Limit Alcohol
  5. Healthy Weight

Doctor Mike would also include getting proper sleep and stress management on that list as well.  Anyways, watch below as he explains why these easy steps are crucial to living a long and healthy life, enjoy!
