Meet Shannin Ross, who is the best Salvation Army Bell Ringer you’ll ever meet! Shannin is manning the Salvation Army red kettle in front of the Winn-Dixie in Golden Springs. What makes her different from the other people manning the red kettles you ask? She dances, sings, waves, yells, and makes sure everyone puts a smile on their face! This is Shannin’s first year helping out the Salvation Army during their Christmas drive, and she is enjoying every minute of it!

So, why is she doing this? It’s not because of the toys and food during Christmas, or the money collected in the red kettle for the Salvation Army, it’s because of the true meaning of Christmas, celebrating our Lord Jesus Christ. She also wants everyone to get into the Christmas spirit, and celebrate the joy and happiness of the Christmas season! And don’t be surprised if Shannin helps you open the door to get inside the grocery store, or help someone unload their groceries into their cars.
