In Jervis Bay, off the coast of southwest Australia, octopuses have built two separate cities, which scientists nicknamed Octopolis and Octlantis…Or at least that’s what a variety of news outlets would have you believe. The two sites definitely aren’t cities, but they’re still special. So let’s unpack what scientists have actually discovered.
