The date is September 5th, 2020, and we’re trackside yet again in Savannah, Georgia, to follow the shortline’s “wood chip local.” The wood chip job, running as train symbol Y115, serves International Paper by moving wood chips from their load-out at Meldrim, Georgia to their massive mill in Savannah.
