
Yes, as long as the flood water is not too deep, trains can move through flood water. In these videos from the YouTube channel Runnin’ Eight, you first see a track foreman driving on the rail to inspect the water depth. Then, they give the okay for the trains to cross the flood water. You got to keep that freight moving!
