Escape rooms are all the rage right now. Many people have a business nearby that specializes in an escape room. The escape room is a game where a group of people are locked in a room for an amount of time and they have to solve puzzles and find clues to open the locked door. In this video from Great Big Story, you meet the creator of the escape room. Meet Attila Gyurkovics, the genius credited with opening the world’s first escape room in Budapest in 2010. After working with hidden object computer games, Gyurkovics decided to create a real-life version.
