Today was a very bad day for Justin Bieber.  Early this morning, Justin was pulled over by the Miami Beach Police Department, he was soon arrested in Miami Beach under the suspicion of driving under the influence as well as drag racing and driving with an expired Georgia driver’s license.  Justin’s father even encouraged Justin to drag race by blocking the streets!  Don’t you love the parents encouraging their kids to break the law.  Here is footage from TMZ.

Here is the biggest surprise, while in jail, Justin Bieber made some statements saying he had smoked marijuana and consumed some prescription medication.  This is after he was drag racing on the streets of Miami Beach and cussed at the police officers several times.  Justin Bieber appeared in front of a judge this morning and he bonded out of jail with a $2,500 bond.  Here is the arrest reports from the police.

Even if Justin is found guilty of these charges, his legal troubles might not be over!  Today, the hashtag #DeportBieber is trending on social media.  And this has got to me thinking, if Justin Bieber is found guilty of these charges, could he be deported back to Canada?  It would be highly unlikely in this case because all the charges are misdemeanors.  But, if Justin Bieber is charged with a felony in that egg throwing case back in California and found guilty, then it’s a whole different ballgame!  Even though Justin lives in the United States, he is still a citizen of Canada and is only in the Untied States on a work visa.  If Justin is charged with felony vandalism and convicted, his work visa would be likely revoked, and Justin would be forced to return to Canada.  With Justin being arrested down in Miami, it does not look good for the kid.

This arrest in Miami Beach could be the end of Justin Bieber in America, and here’s why!  I found this story from the website Toke of the Town.  Did you know that U.S. law forbids anyone from another country who admits to using illegal drugs from entering the U.S. – even if you’ve never been convicted of a drug crime.  It’s considered a violation of “moral turpitude” under law.  Yep, if Justin Bieber is found guilty these charges, he could be forced to never set foot on United States soil ever again!  Foreigners don’t need a criminal prosecution of drug use to be banned, just admitting to drug use under oath at an US Customs post or police department could ban someone from the United States for life!

Under US Immigration Law, Sec. 212 (8 U.S.C.1182) says you are ineligible to receive visas and ineligible to be admitted to the United States if you ‘voluntarily admit to having committed a crime involving moral turpitude.’  Now eventually, most people who have admitted to past drug use, without being charged, can get into America.  But this case with Justin Bieber is different!  If Justin is found guilty of these charges down in Florida, I hope the United States does everything in their power to deport Justin Bieber forever!

Justin Bieber has become an embarrassment to the entertainment industry.  Thousands of people idol Justin Bieber, even though he drinks, uses drugs, breaks the law, and vandalizes other houses.  Does someone up in Canada sound familiar to Justin Bieber?

Yep, Toronto mayor Rob Ford is almost like Justin Bieber, he is followed by thousands, uses drugs, drinks, and breaks the law.  So Canada, you can have Justin Bieber back, and make sure the people in Toronto keeps voting for Rob Ford for mayor.  We will enjoy the crazy pictures and videos from these crazy people online!  You people up in Canada needs to idolize different people who do good things!  And for the ones who scream and can’t get enough of Justin Bieber, you need to idolize someone else!
