We’re September! A new specialty coffee micro Roaster in Ottawa. We’re almost ready to launch and we need to secure final funds to push us beyond the finish line. Keep reading for our full story!
September is a specialty coffee roasting company who believes coffee can be so much more than a morning pick-up or a caffeine fix. We believe it can be a shared experience of incredible quality, creativity and community.
Brewed coffee can be a beautiful craft with up to 900 volitile aromic compounds. This number doubles that of wine’s. While this is quite impressive, still a large majority perceive coffee to be quite ordinary and something quite worthless other than its beneficial side effects. This is often because they haven’t experienced coffee worth getting excited about.
We hope to help with this! We’re a small business that wants to ensure quality is never sacrificed for quantity.
September is almost ready to launch but we need your help. This Kickstarter campaign will allow us to fund and purchase the final inventory and supplies needed to open, launch, and help with the future renovations and construction with our roasting and educational facility.
The majority of Kickstarter funds will be going towards green (raw) coffee purchasing which supports coffee farmers, producers, etc. We are excited about this!
But our current goal set on kickstarter is our bare minimum to allow us to launch September. But we need much more to make September a strong coffee roasting business.
