Crowdsourcing Mornings: Monsters Don’t Wear Underpants

This is Crowdsourcing Mornings! This post takes place every weekday morning and highlights one crowdsourcing project I liked from Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or other crowdsourcing websites.

Please read our crowdsourcing guidelines at:

Do monsters wear underpants? Little Blue is certain they don’t, and refuses to wear them after his night-time bath. On a mischievous chase through the neighborhood of monsters, with hilarious lift-the-flap moments, Little Blue discovers just which monsters do wear underpants—all while his mother tries to get him to wear his own.

Monsters Don’t Wear Underpants is a lift-the-flap board book for all ages, designed to entertain both the little tykes as well as the adults who read it to them. The video above is a read-through of the entire book. It’s just under three minutes long, but I hope it’ll put a smile on your face.

Now that you’re back from the video read-through, tell me, did you like it? If so, maybe there’s a child, grandchild, or a child of a friend or relative who might enjoy it. Maybe you want a copy for yourself or to give as birthday, baby shower, or holiday gifts. I’ve made this campaign really simple. If you want the book, just pledge $20 for a copy. If you want more than one, there are several pledge tiers with more copies, and you’ll have the chance to add more copies at checkout. There are some shipping and handling charges, but I’ve done my best to keep those down. If the campaign gets the required funds to print the book, I hope to be able to ship them to you sometime in Spring or Summer of 2021.

As of October 7th, this project has raised $15,000 of their $14,000 goal. This project has 23 days left to raise as much as it can.  For a pledge of $20, you will get one book.  For a pledge of $40, you will get two books.  To learn more and to pledge money, go to:
