I love watching Phineas and Ferb on Netflix!  It is one of my favorite cartoons ever made, and the YouTube channel The Film Theorists has a theory about who is the secret hero of the entire cartoon.  Nope, it’s not the brothers, or Agent Perry.  It’s Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz!  So why has he never been actually arrested?  We know he is a villain and can invent some nasty inators that mostly don’t work.  Well, could he be helping the OWCA this whole time?  Watch the video below to find out!
