I will admit, one of my top cartoons ever is Phineas and Ferb.  The cartoon is too smart and not dumbed down as other cartoons are.  Everyone told the creators of Phineas and Ferb that the show they wanted to make was impossible.  Yet, the best Phineas and Ferb episodes prove that what was supposed to be impossible, is really just a rethinking of how animated shows are written.  Whether its Perry and Doofenshmirtz or a song, its hard to forget this show once you’ve seen it.  Phineas and Ferb was Disney taking a risk, and its one that absolutely paid off.
