Tonight, a new musical play will open on Broadway in New York City.  The musical is called “Allegiance,” and it recounts a family’s struggle to endure the Japanese-American internment in the 1940’s.  The play was inspired by former Star Trek cast member George Takei, and in this PBS NewsHour report from Mori Rothman, you get to see why this new musical play will be very important in telling this sad American story, enjoy!
