JustWatch today released its latest report on the Star Wars franchise, just ahead of the premiere of the latest feature films from Disney and Lucas Films, The Mandalorian and Grogu. The questionnaire, which had over 3,000 respondents, almost 1,000 in the United States alone, explored the opinions of Star Wars enthusiasts. JustWatch analyzed the findings to build this report.

Key Findings:
- Prequels (Episodes I-III) beat the Sequels (Episodes VII-IX) according to fans
- Andor and the Mandalorian are by far the most loved series in the Star Wars universe

Which of the Three Main Star Wars Trilogies is your Favorite?
In every market polled, the Original Trilogy (Episodes IV-VI) was by far the most loved, while the Prequels (Episodes I-III) were second, and the most recent additions to the franchise polled the lowest. In France, Germany, and Italy, the Prequels got more than 20% of the vote, while in the UK and the US they polled at 12%. Interestingly, almost 30% of respondents in the US under 35 preferred the Prequels, while just 9% of those over 35 voted for the Prequels.

Which Star Wars TV Show Stands Out as the Best in Your Opinion?
The Mandalorian narrowly beat out Andor in the US for fan’s favorite show. Andor was most popular with men under 35, polling at showing a strong fanbase of 51%. Amongst the same demographic, The Mandalorian took just 36% of votes.
Women overwhelmingly prefer The Mandalorian, with 61% of respondents favoring the popular TV show.
