If you are familiar with Dungeons & Dragons, chances are that you’re familiar with the artwork of Clyde Caldwell. For almost 10 years in the 1980s and 90s, Clyde’s paintings graced the covers of TSR games and books. And that’s just a small sampling of Clyde’s four decades of work, now being collected into a single retrospective book.
The Art of Clyde Caldwell Legacy Anthology will have outside dimensions of about 9-inches wide by 12-inches tall, but the interior details are still pending. What is certain is that Clyde will personally curate the selection of the approximately 200 images that will fill its glossy, full color pages.
As of April 14th, this project has raised $169,000 of their $10,000 goal. This project has 4 days left to raise as much as it can. For a pledge of $140, you will get one book.
