Welcome to the Crowdsourcing Mornings segment! Every weekday morning, Geek Alabama talks about and features one crowdsourcing project from crowdsourcing sites such as Kickstarter, Indiegogo, and others. The hope with Crowdsourcing Mornings is to feature and help a project be successful and reach its fundraising goal. Please enjoy today’s featured project!

You wake up in an endless desert, with only a door on the horizon. What happened?! Is this – the great beyond? Why are your friends here? And HOW ON EARTH did you get here??
In Epilogue you’ll form words using fragments to cooperatively tell the story of your group’s final moments. Was it shenanigans? Tragedy? Or a whole factory of banana peels? How does your story end?
Epilogue began as And then We Died, a small project from Emma Larkins, back in 2018. When Violet Daisy Games’ AnnaMaria approached Emma about developing a game cooperatively, she mention that this little gem could be expanded and given a new lease with killer illustration and layout.
Arnel Baluyot joined the team as artist and developed the idea for the first ‘ghosties’, and things really took off when Estefania Rodriguez took the graphic design reigns. For the past year we’ve played, tweaked, play tested, and had many day long brainstorming sessions to make this incredible updated version of a fantastic game.

As of October 18th, this project has raised $4,400 of their $8,000 goal. This project has 25 days left to raise the $8,000 or it will not be funded. For a pledge of $14, you will get one print and play version. For a pledge of $26, you will get one game.
