Ranking in first place, we have one of the most anticipated releases of 2024, “Dune: Part 2”. The film, directed by Dennis Villeneuve, and featuring a star-studded cast which included Zendaya, Timothée Chalamet, and Rebecca Ferguson, was released in February.
A surprise leader on the Streaming Charts was Mad Max: Fury Road, which hit theaters in 2015. As the newest installment in the Mad Max universe, Furiousa: A Mad Max Tale, was released at the end of May, we saw renewed interest in the title as audiences prepped for the new movie.

Fallout, an original Amazon Prime Video series, is topping the Streaming Charts this month.
Based on the classic video game, the show was a smash hit for the platform. Audiences and critics received Fallout positively, as it currently sits with a rating of 8.4/10 on IMDb.
Another original title, this time from Disney+, is Shōgun. The series chronicles an Englishman’s journey through feudal Japan. Shōgun ranked for several weeks on the Streaming Charts around the globe, gaining international acclaim for its production, writing, and cast.
