Geek Alabama Gaming: Why Players Are Still Not Returning To Cities Skylines 2 (Even After Mods)

Cities Skylines 2 has shown some player number improvement but the numbers are still not great – despite Paradox dropping DLC, the opening of the Paradox Mod Store and a huge Patch, players are not returning to Cities Skylines 2 – WHY?

Is there something else going on? I have tried to arrived at a logical number to find out how many people are still playing Cities Skylines 2 and how many players have left.
