Each October, during National Disability Employment Awareness Month, or “NDEAM,” we celebrate the contributions of workers with disabilities. Reflecting the importance of ensuring disabled people have equal opportunity to prepare for and succeed in employment, the theme for National Disability Employment Awareness Month 2023 is “Advancing Access and Equity.”
