Crowdsourcing Mornings: Everything Is Different Now

Welcome to the Crowdsourcing Mornings segment!  Every weekday morning, Geek Alabama talks about and features one crowdsourcing project from crowdsourcing sites such as Kickstarter, Indiegogo, and others.  The hope with Crowdsourcing Mornings is to feature and help a project be successful and reach its fundraising goal.  Please enjoy today’s featured project!

Have you ever felt like you look at the world and nothing is the way you were told is was supposed to be? That’s what this project is all about. From acclaimed comic book writer Justin Richards (Finger Guns by Vault Comics, A Silent Night) this 20 page comic book collects a series of shorts that express the rage we all feel when we wake up every day to find that the world’s on fire. All drawn by today’s TOP talent in comic art!

 …and I’m ENRAGED by it.

I always tell stories about emotion, but I wanted to highlight one that I feel is left aside or even looked down upon by many people: RAGE! I feel like this emotion is more important today than it ever has been. Despite living in a world as chaotic as the one we do, there’s not a lot of room to express the natural emotions it brings on within us.

Inspired by everything from some of my favorite music, to life-altering changes, to just hanging out with friends, this book is full of stories that give me the space to process some of that rage that I’m normally forced to keep bottled up inside.

As of August 30th, this project has raised $5,400 of their $7,000 goal.  This project has 2 days left to raise the $7,000 or it will not be funded.  For a pledge of $7, you will get one digital PDF.  For a pledge of $10, you will get one physical copy.  To learn more and to pledge money, go to:
