Crowdsourcing Mornings: Revolutionary Sketchbooks For Inktober 2020

This is Crowdsourcing Mornings! This post takes place every weekday morning and highlights one crowdsourcing project I liked from Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or other crowdsourcing websites.

Please read our crowdsourcing guidelines at:

I’m Aditya – the creator of Viviva. My team and I are forever grateful to you for the awesome support you showed us on our last campaign back in 2017. You helped us bring the Viviva Colorsheets to more than 30,000 artists in more than 100 countries of the world!

Viviva Colorsheets are probably the most compact and vibrant watercolors in the world.
Designed as a thin booklet to fit in your pocket, they are super pigmented and last about as long as a half pan set. I like to say they’re like dynamite – an explosion of colors!

Today, I’ve come to you with a mission very close to my heart – Helping people in this difficult time.

I’m a doctor and I’ve witnessed a lot of emotional turmoil serving during this pandemic. It got me thinking…how can I help? And the answer came to me – art has a magical ability to heal!
I’ve experienced this myself and I wanted to bring this joy to you and your friends.

So I reached out to Jake Parker, the creator of Inktober. We bonded over the mission and this collaboration was born. A couple of (mad hustle) months later, here we are, trying to make a difference together!

Inktober is a month long art challenge created by Jake Parker focused on developing positive drawing habits and improving skill. The challenge is to create one sketch for each day of October. There is a set of official prompts to help you sketch 🙂

As of September 8th, this project has raised $67,000 of their $10,000 goal. This project has 10 days left to raise as much as it can. For a pledge of $20, you will get Viviva Colorsheets.  For a pledge of $80, you will get 2x (Colorsheets + Water brush pen + Choice of Sketchbook.)  To learn more and to pledge money, go to:
