Because of the Coronavirus pandemic, more people will get to work from home now, and that changes a lot of things forever in our cities!  There is a HUGE change coming to our American way of life. The WORK FROM HOME (WFH) movement certainly reduced traffic on the freeways during March and April. Tech companies are letting employees work from anywhere. That will turn ALL 50 states into Silicon Valley (even YOUR small town). Rural and suburban co-working spaces may cannibalize urban commercial office space.
