Crowdsourcing Mornings: CHEF iQ: Completely Connected Cooking

This is Crowdsourcing Mornings! This post takes place every weekday morning and highlights one crowdsourcing project I liked from Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or other crowdsourcing websites.

Please read our crowdsourcing guidelines at: https://geekalabama.com/media-kit-pr/geek-alabama-crowdsourcing-guidelines

The CHEF iQ journey began in 2017 with the simple idea that cooking should be approachable and enjoyable for all. The Smart Cooker was conceptualized, developed, and will constantly be improved for you — the modern home chef.

Our team of master engineers, software developers, and design experts have worked tirelessly to create an unrivaled cooking experience that seamlessly combines software and hardware to elevate the art of cooking. The result — An ecosystem of unparalleled culinary intelligence that lives in one simple app, connected to a Smart Cooker™ that can turn any ingredient into art.

Our first product in the CHEF iQ ecosystem is the Smart Cooker. This multifunctional pressure cooker enhances traditional cooking methods in one sleek, space-saving product. With intelligent pairing over WiFi with the CHEF iQ app, you can learn to pressure cook, slow cook, steam, sear, saute, and more right on your phone or tablet.

Each Smart Cooker comes equipped with features that radically simplify the cooking process, so you can focus more on creating elevated meals and less on prep and cleanup. The Smart Cooker includes an accurate to-the-gram integrated scale directly in the nonstick, 6-quart cooking pot, eliminating the need for measuring cups and spoons cluttering your counter.

As of March 24th, this project has raised $27,000 of their $20,000 goal. This project has 2 days left to raise as much as it can. For a pledge of $30, you will get one tote.  For a pledge of $100, you will get one cooker.  To learn more and to pledge money, go to: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/chefiq/chef-iq-creating-a-smarter-home-cooking-experience?
