Skerrit Bwoy is a Christian EDM producer, DJ, MC, and recording artist born in Antigua and now based in the Bronx, New York, United States. Known for his bold Caribbean delivery, high-energy electronic production, and faith-forward message, he has emerged as a leading voice in the growing Christian EDM movement.
Before his conversion to Christianity, Skerrit Bwoy toured internationally as a live MC with Major Lazer, performing on some of the world’s biggest festival stages. After giving his life to Christ, he made the radical decision to leave secular music behind and redirect his sound, experience, and platform toward spreading the Gospel through electronic music.
His work fuses festival-ready EDM drops with Caribbean rhythm, worship elements, and invigorating Christian lyrics. His album Jesus Party Vol. 4 has received official GRAMMY® consideration, positioning him as a pioneering innovator in faith-based electronic music.
Whether on stage or online, Skerrit Bwoy’s mission is clear: turn dance floors into spaces of joy, freedom, and spiritual awakening. Skerrit Bwoy continues to push Christian EDM into global spaces, bridging Caribbean rhythm, festival energy, and faith-driven storytelling.
Behind “Satan Dead”
“Satan Dead” is a high-energy declaration of spiritual victory. The song uses bold Caribbean phrasing and EDM festival energy to communicate a simple but powerful truth: through Jesus Christ, the power of darkness has already been defeated. Rather than glorifying fear or evil, the record flips the narrative into confidence, joy, and faith. The takeaway is empowerment. Listeners are reminded that they don’t fight for victory, they live from it. The song is intended as a declaration of faith, not hostility, using Caribbean lyrical tradition to proclaim victory in Christ. Satan Dead invites listeners to move, declare freedom, and step into joy without fear.
Making of “Satan Dead”
Concept: Having a good time in the presence of the Lord. The people in this video are just everyday people that enjoy good music. Not everyone in the music video is Christian, because Skerrit Bwoy believes in the Great Commission found in Matthew 20:18-20 and as such, you can find him in a Church as well as a variety of other spaces with his 100% Jesus Music festival energy.
“And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen”. (KJV)
