We started Popsmith because we believe that popcorn is the perfect snack and we wanted to design a stovetop popper worthy of its potential.

At Popsmith, we think that popcorn is more than just a snack—it’s a way to celebrate and connect. The best way to enjoy this classic snack has always been popping up a batch fresh on the stove.
But the current stovetop popping experience leaves a lot to be desired. It can be intimidating– even professional chefs worry about burning their popcorn or getting the ratio of butter to oil just right. We wanted to design a popper that made the perfect bowl of popcorn every time, no matter your level of experience.
The Popsmith Popper uses an old-fashioned popping technique (just like movie-theater machines use) to achieve the perfect pop. It begins with our patented spinner that tumbles the kernels in oil for consistent results.
Our industrial design team made sure that The Popsmith Popper was fun to use and delivered the best results. The stainless steel body and multi-layered metal bottom ensure even heat distribution so you don’t have to worry about burnt batches or unpopped kernels going to waste.
The Popsmith Popper’s 6-Quart Kettle makes enough for 4 people to enjoy–it’s perfect for your next movie night, game night or family event. Whether you’re settling in for a cozy evening for two or hosting a big party, you can make the perfect amount of popcorn for that perfect night in.
Cleanup is simple–just wipe down the Popsmith Popper and place it in the dishwasher.
