Oswald’s World is Breaking…
A celebratory night out explodes into a desperate, dimension-spanning rescue mission.
In Issues 1 & 2, Oswald and his companion Martin are ripped from a night of good food and friendship and hurled into a nightmare. They chase a strange flying object through a dimensional portal, only to find themselves trapped and at the mercy of privateers. The shock deepens when Oswald sees the Mar, his own people from Dream, among the crew, shattering his faith, history, and his memory of home. But the worst is yet to come… Oswald’s long-lost wife, Belinda, is held captive by these inter-dimensional pirates. Or is she?
The stakes skyrocket in Issues 3 & 4. Oswald must now navigate a parallel world gripped by an evil older than Dream itself. An ancient cult devoted to the Sleeping One has held sway over the Mar for millennia. When his wife is threatened, Oswald sheds his royal past and confronts the High Priest. Driven by a volatile mix of love and rage, he begins a perilous quest to uncover the darkness that poisons the very heart of Dream and the souls of his former subjects.
In the climactic Issue 5, Oswald is done with tales of his past reign. The time for reflection is over. He stands ready to confront the Master Bishop of the Sleeping One, but his true target is Captain Alverez. Oswald will tear through dimensions and defeat any foe to get the answers he demands: Why does this pirate captain hold his long-lost wife in chains? His final stand is for Belinda’s freedom and the truth that will redefine everything he has ever believed.
