Social Balance is all about helping people find their sweet spot between the digital and real world. We offer a 30-day challenge in a deck of cards with actionable steps to regain control over your screen time. Each deck contains 60 cards, meaning you’ll read 2 cards per day. The Morning cards offer important information for reflection, and an activity for you to complete that day. The Evening cards consist of thought-provoking questions designed for you to ponder and, if you chose, journal about in the evening, which we strongly encourage! Our goal is not to deny you of all social media completely, but to reduce digital overwhelm, foster mindfulness, and find social balance.
We are asking for your support towards the movement! Our campaign is very straightforward. We are pledging $5000 to help with our manufacturing and design costs. We are currently awaiting our first shipment of decks and we are diligently working toward the Social Balance future. Within the next year, our goal is to extend our product into multiple editions. For example, we are working on a “teen edition”, a “couple’s edition”, and more. We are determined to create a way that you can connect with everyone around you AND manage your social media life – creating the perfect Social Balance.
As of February 16th, this project has raised $3,800 of their $5,000 goal. This project has 29 days left to raise the $5,000 or it will not be funded. For a pledge of $20. you will get one deck of cards. For a pledge of $25, you will get one signed deck of cards.
