The Molt is a d20-based tabletop role-playing game. Characters have four stats with modifiers. Players roll a d20, add their modifier, and try to beat a Difficulty Rating (DR). The Game Master rarely needs to roll, as most rolls are done by the players.

The core book is a complete game. Everything needed to play, outside of dice and a little imagination, is contained within its pages. It is based on Mörk Borg and uses their amazing 3rd-party license. And it is set in the center of the Mörk Borg planet so that it can seamlessly integrate into an existing campaign.

This book is a vibrant, digest-sized hardcover featuring collaged art in an art punk style.

A brief history — How Fatuma, a mad warlock, and their followers escaped persecution for stealing three eggs of SHE by fleeing into the cracks of the Grift. This sect unleashed a new evil inside the planet when the magick of the subterranean denizens fused with the eggs of the god.
Locations Across the Kör — A look at some of the places your band might explore while playing.
Fire to Ashes — Fatuma’s prophecies of how the outer world will end and rules on how these Torments will occur in gameplay.
8 Fast & Easy Steps to Character Creation — Rolling dice to determine everything about your character sure makes it feel like they will not live long. This includes 8 character classes like the Burnadzi, Basalites, and Greyskrulls. It also has charts for Irritating Idiosyncrasies, Misspent Youth, and Battle Scars to really give your character that extra level of filth.
Magick — New rules and repercussions for harnessing the arcane.
Optional Rules — For your band’s background and devastating Cataclysmic Condemnations.
Creatures — Nasty things to challenge your band’s fortitude.
Quick Rules — All you need to dive in and start playing.
