Here in East Alabama, there is a major media eco-system problem.  The local newspaper has been declining rapidly, and more and more of East Alabama has to rely on the Birmingham TV stations for any news coverage.  Starting today, the local online newscast East Alabama Now will now put out a newscast 5 days a week online.
