Animation Monday: Gravity Falls Was Censored By Disney Thousands Of Times

When Gravity Falls aired on Disney Channel, creator Alex Hirsch went through big problems with censorship. Standards & Practices tried to censor Gravity Falls, taking out funny jokes for the dumbest reasons. Now, Alex revealed many of these ridiculous emails to the world.

Gravity Falls is officially 10 years old from when it first premiered on Disney Channel. We got a new Gravity Falls animation, a bunch of fun facts about the show’s production, and now, Alex shares insight into the annoying process of dealing with Disney’s TV censors.
