Crowdsourcing Mornings: 365 Things That Remind You Of Summer Camp 2022 Calendar

This is Crowdsourcing Mornings! This post takes place every weekday morning and highlights one crowdsourcing project I liked from Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or other crowdsourcing websites.

Please read our crowdsourcing guidelines at:  https://geekalabama.com/media-kit-pr/geek-alabama-crowdsourcing-guidelines

These are tough times, and it’s more important than ever to find ways to experience joy and connection. For so many of us, camp was (and still is) that place, where we could be ourselves and be free.

That is why we’ve made this tear-away, one-a-day desktop calendar. It is 365 unique things to take you back to your happy place for at least a few minutes, every single day of the year. It will make you laugh. It will reconnect you with friends. It will conjure memories that put a smile on your face and remind you of the silly person you once got to be without hesitation.

Some sample days include:

  • January 19: Write down your favorite camp meal. Text a friend to see if they can correctly guess what it is.
  • March 15: Talent Tuesday – Have someone toss grapes in the air and see how many in a row you can catch in your mouth.
  • June 10: Five for Friday – name five smells that most remind you of camp.

You may be too old to go to camp, but that doesn’t mean you can’t still experience its magic. Let this calendar make 2022 a little bit better, bring a little more laughter, and give you an excuse to strengthen your connections to the people and the place that made you the person you are today.

As of September 6th, this project has raised $3,100 of their $4,000 goal. This project has 17 days left to raise the $4,000 or it will not be funded.  For a pledge of $25, you will get one desktop calendar.  For a pledge of $50, you will get two calendars.  To learn more and to pledge money, go to: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/365daysofcamp/365-things-that-remind-you-of-summer-camp-2022-calendar?
