This is Crowdsourcing Mornings! This post takes place every weekday morning and highlights one crowdsourcing project I liked from Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or other crowdsourcing websites.
Please read our crowdsourcing guidelines at: https://geekalabama.com/media-kit-pr/geek-alabama-crowdsourcing-guidelines
In 2017, you, the backers, successfully helped fund our state flag sock campaign and established our business. We now have an online presence and are in retail stores across the United States. We have been fortunate enough to sell over 7,500 products worldwide since our initial launch! we return with our second product: the “Land That I Love” 57-playing card deck.
This exclusive deck individually celebrates each state on a personalized card for each of the 50 United States and for the first time for any card deck, we represent Washington DC and other United States territories including American Samoa, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam to include every American.
Each card will include the shape of the state or territory while uniquely incorporating their corresponding flag. Additionally, each card will include state facts including capital, population, slogan and year admitted. Adding to the Americana theme, Red, White and Blue ribbon banners display the suit and number of each card on a parchment design reminiscent of the Declaration of Independence.
As of July 20th, this project has raised $7,200 of their $4,000 goal. This project has 9 days left to raise as much as it can. For a pledge of $13, you will get one card deck. For a pledge of $24, you will get two card decks.
