Explore The Traffic Solution Most Cities Haven’t Tried


When I went to New York City, I saw how bad the traffic was.  It took a really long time to travel just a few blocks.  And now New York City will soon start congestion pricing in parts of Manhattan.  Other major cities around the world like London and Singapore already do this, and it really does work.

Vox and Curbed explore congestion pricing, and talks about if it can actually solve all our transit woes?

They also take a look at London, a city that enacted a congestion charge in 2003, to see some of the benefits.  I’m sure you will see other major cities start congestion charges soon as well.  Big cities were not designed for single car drivers.  enjoy the video below!
