Time for another expert to taste test some food!  Epicurious brought in chocolate expert Amy Guittard of Guittard Chocolate Company to guess which chocolate is more expensive.  Guittard breaks down baking chips (aka chocolate chips), white chocolate, dark chocolate, and cocoa powder.  In the video, you get some great tips about chocolate, from the color, taste, and other aspects.  If you love chocolate, watch the video below!
