Well, everyone here in Alabama wanted James Spann from ABC 33/40 to be the celebrity guest picker on College Gameday this Saturday morning.  The show will be live from Tuscaloosa in front of Bryant-Denny Stadium for the very big LSU vs. Alabama game Saturday night on CBS.  But today, James Spann shared the bad news.

I mean, he would have been a good pick!

So, who will be the celebrity game picker this Saturday?  We don’t know yet!  From 24/7 sports, Rece Davis says they know who the picker will be.  Rece said:

“in the history of College GameDay, I don’t there’s ever been a guest picker quite like the one that’s going to join us on Saturday, assuming that it all comes through. It’s big-time.”

“… If it comes through, you haven’t seen a guest picker quite like the person who will join us on Saturday morning.”

So, I guess we will wait and see who the celebrity guest picker will be.  I mean, it can’t be worse than Katy Perry, can it?
