Here are pictures of people dressed in their best Halloween costumes at Glenwood Terrace.  Pictures includes the headless horseman played by Craig Waldron.  And this year, thanks to the very strong winds and rain when the cold front came through around 6 pm.  I got to take pictures of a Halloween party at a house in Glenwood Terrace.
