Support The Big Bang Theory LEGO CUUSOO Project

No doubt, one of the most popular geeky/nerdy shows is The Big Bang Theory on CBS.  And with their popular fame, you would think they would be introduced to the LEGO world.  But sadly, the cast from the show has no official LEGO World set, but there is a contest currently happening to change that!  LEGO CUUSOO is a platform where people can propose a new LEGO idea.  If a project gets 10,000 votes, The LEGO Group will consider producing it!  When someone likes a project, they press the green support button to vote!  The button will change to ‘supporting’ when successful.  The good part, voting does not imply commitment to purchase any current or future LEGO product.

LEGO artists Glen Bricker and Alatariel Elensar have created an awesome LEGO set based on the CBS popular sitcom The Big Bang Theory.  You can help Glen and Alatariel’s set be considered to become an official LEGO product by being one of the 10,000 needed voters on LEGO CUUSOO.  The set represents the living room of Sheldon Cooper and Leonard Hofstadter, which is the core location of the series . It’s filled with geeky details accurate to the show including Sheldon’s board, the Green Lantern lantern, the Rubik’s cube tissue box, the DNA model, and more!

Given the success of The Lego Movie, would it be awesome to see the cast from The Big Bang Theory in LEGO form?  You can help make it happen!  As of February 27th, there are around 2,600 votes, and this set is getting a lot of votes everyday.  This LEGO set needs over 10,000 votes to be made by LEGO.  And if this set hit the shelves, it would fly off quickly, because a lot of people love The Big Bang Theory!
