On this late edition of Roadscapes Wednesday, I take you on a tour of Quintard Ave. in Anniston Alabama.  The street grid for Anniston Alabama was laid out in the late 1800’s which included Quintard Ave.  Below are pictures of a classic streetgrids picture and a postcard of an early 1900’s shot of Quintard Ave.  Times have changed!

U.S. 431 and AL-21 follows Quintard Ave through Anniston and I must say this road is beyond due for a repaving.  You will like the downtown portion of Quintard Ave. which features a wide median lined with trees.  It’s very beautiful!  So enjoy my third Roadscapes video of Quintard Ave!
