Introducing The Floura Bar.
Composed of over 12 unique plants, at least six super fibers, and one fermented fiber, The Floura Bar is your go-to for a flourishing microbiome.
Research shows that when our microbiome flourishes, we flourish, and prebiotic fiber is vital to a healthy microbiome. Yet, a staggering 95% of Americans need to consume more fiber.
Our vision is to redirect 100 million pounds of fresh produce trimmings per year away from the waste stream and into our microbiomes.
In the United States, we waste 80 million tons of food annually, which equals 149 billion meals, or 38% of all the food in America.

Our Proprietary ingredients are prepared in our facility:
- Floura Red Apple Paste is made from sweet, fresh red apple cores which are higher in pectin and fiber than the rest of the apple!
- Floura Superfiber Flour is made from fresh cantaloupe, honeydew, mango, and pineapple rinds (which contain vital nutrients).
- Floura Fermented Watermelon Rind Flour
- Floura Red Apple Flour
- Other tasty ingredients: chia, sunflower, rose water, chicory inulin, dried fruits, tapioca, apple cider vinegar, toasted nuts, crunchy quinoa

We’re excited to share our progress on our upcoming bars! Currently, we have two flavors, Brambleberry Lavender and Raspberry Rose, in the advanced prototype stage. This means that they taste fantastic when we make them in small batches. We had so much fun creating the flavors of these bars. They are made with fruits, flowers, or tea and remind us of our favorite refreshing drink, kombucha.
Moreover, we’re finalizing the formula for three more flavors in our kitchen: Mango Lassi, Vanilla Rooibos, and Matcha Blueberry. As we continue to refine the natural ingredients and processes, these flavors get better and better.
Lastly, we’re pleased that our packaging has been cleverly designed, as you can see, and will go to print very soon.
