Learn More About ThinkerCon 2018 In Huntsville, Alabama

If you love educational content on YouTube, then this event is for you!  Destin Sandlin, who runs the YouTube channel Smarter Every Day, is creating ThinkerCon, which is on November 17, 2018.

You can join your favorite educational content creators for a night of thought-provoking conversation and fun.  They have a few jam-packed hours planned, including:

  • Dinner from Biergarten
  • Show from Festival of the Spoken Nerd
  • Only 1000 tickets to mingle among ~100 amazing creators
  • Panel Discussions
  • Science Demonstrations
  • Meet and Greet
  • Live Music
  • And Much More!

ThinkerCon will be held at the The Space & Rocket Center in Hunstville, Alabama, home to one of the most extensive collections of space artifacts, exhibits and hands-on displays.  Your ticket to ThinkerCon will also get a discount on a full-admission ticket to the largest spaceflight museum in the world. Its large rocket and space hardware collection is home to some of the most unique and world renowned space exploration memorabilia and equipment actually used in space.

Here’s a short list of what you can see:

  • National Historic Landmark Saturn V Moon Rocket
  • Pathfinder – the world’s only full-stack space shuttle display
  • Apollo 16 Command Module
  • Skylab Orbital Workshop
  • Apollo 12 Moon Rock

There will be over 100 of your favorite educational content creators on YouTube for a night of thought-provoking conversation and fun in and among the space travel displays.  Dinner will be served under a Saturn V rocket, and there’ll be science demos, panel discussions, meet & greets, live music and more.

There are only 1000 tickets available for ThinkerCon.  Tickets are $129 each, which is way too much for someone like me to attend, but maybe you can afford that.  I am available to cover ThinkerCon if asked too though!
