Black communities have been facing police brutality for decades…

What if they had the power to fight back?

Find out in FLY a young adult animated series featuring magical boys, friendship, queer relationships, and freedom in the face of racial injustice.

On his 16th birthday, Eli just wants one night to feel free. Against his better judgement, his best friends Dre, Carter, and Jordyn convince him to sneak out in order to catch a meteor shower rumored to appear once every 500 years.

Just as the boys start to feel like they’re on top of the world, one wrong turn brings them face to face with a Police Officer.

Before things take a turn for the worst, the boys are saved by something they don’t yet understand.

By morning, the world hasn’t changed…but they have.

Eli and his friends navigate growing up black, the meaning of friendship, and powers with the potential to save their neighborhood from environmental disaster. The key to freedom sit’s in Eli’s hand, there’s just one problem.

Claiming that freedom would cost him the one person who’s always stood by his side, His very best friend Carter.

FLY is about what survives the fire and the parts of ourselves that reach for the sky no matter what.

This is a story about black boys finding their freedom.

Freedom in the face of anti-blackness, homophobia, and police brutality.
