Sydney Arkin was laid off from her job at the height of the pandemic. She took it as an opportunity to start her own ice cream business. Making every batch from scratch (even the mix-ins), Sydney has built a committed following to her lactose-free ice cream. Since filming, Bad Walters continues to grow and has moved out of the house and into the Korner Kitchen in Oakland CA.
