I don’t find this too shocking at all since this is the United States, where it’s a ME, ME, ME attitude and we love seeing people with thousands of dollars in medical bills. Health Care Sharing Ministries, or HCSMs, advertise themselves as a more affordable, faith-based alternative to health insurance. But John Oliver explains some of the massive limitations these plans can have.
