Dogs in animal shelters are some of the best dogs you can adopt.  Remember, adopt and don’t shop!  On a very hot day in Los Angeles, Rocky Kanaka went to a frozen yogurt place and got dog friendly ice cream.  Then he went to a local animal shelter to give the ice cream to the dogs.  And stay tuned to the end as they help a dog who needed a lot of help!
