I loved watching this!  Al Roker visits the Bon Appétit Test Kitchen to make Steak au Poivre with Carla.  In this series called Back-to-Back Chef, a guest has to follow instructions given by Carla, while turned away from the pro chef.  Can Al Roker make a great dish with only verbal instructions given, watch below!
