Convention Tuesdays: Atlanta Game Fest 32, Atlanta Steampunk Expo, Hallowcon, Walker Stalker Con 2018

Welcome to Convention Tuesdays! Every Tuesday, I will feature and highlight conventions happening during the upcoming weekend in Alabama, or within short driving distances from Alabama.

October 25-28 — Atlanta Game Fest 32 — Atlanta, Georgia

Boardgame fans from across the Southeast gather for four days of fun and games. Hundreds of the world’s best boardgames are available for play, as well as friendly folks who can help with the rules. Events include Demo Alley and a Flea Market.

October 26-28 — Atlanta Steampunk Expo — Atlanta, Georgia

Come be a part of Atlanta’s Inaugaral Steampunk Exposition. A convention of shennanigans, frivolities, adventure, and of course Steampunk!  Major guests include Kevin J. Anderson, David Lee, and more.

October 26-28 — Hallowcon — Dalton, Georgia

HallowCon Fantasy/Horror Convention is a yearly event in Dalton GA. It features writers from the Fantasy and Horror Genre. It has panels and events.  Major guests include Alexander S. Brown, John B. Pyka, and more.  Major events include a cookout, magic show, Masquerade and Costume Ball, and more.

October 26-28 — Walker Stalker Con — Atlanta, Georgia

Walker Stalker Con is by fans, for fans. Our focus is on authentic interactions with actors, free family friendly activities, and a relaxed environment where the actors we love can be themselves.  Major guests include Norman Reedus, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Chandler Riggs, and more.  Major events include a safe trick-or-treat, cosplay contest, The Walking Dead Episode Viewing, and more.
