Here are pictures of people dressed in their best Halloween costumes at Glenwood Terrace. Pictures includes the headless horseman played by Craig Waldron. And this year, just like last year, wind and rain came in to end the Halloween night early! But before the rain, many people came out to enjoy Halloween night. I was kind of bummed to see a couple of houses who participated last year not participate this year. Enjoy the video and photos below!
