Tonight is the night!  The Food Network show Restaurant: Impossible went to Sylacauga, Alabama and rescued Giovanni’s Italian Restaurant.

When Robert arrives at Giovanni’s, he finds grieving owner Chrissy struggling to keep her family’s restaurant going after the sudden death of her sister. Robert is tasked with helping Chrissy rediscover her passion for the business, otherwise her outdated restaurant is bound to fail.

The rescue and makeover happened in February 2022.  Restaurant: Impossible airs at 7 pm Central on Food Network.  Here is a sneak peek!
