This is Crowdsourcing Mornings! This post takes place every weekday morning and highlights one crowdsourcing project I liked from Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or other crowdsourcing websites.

Six years ago we launched a Kickstarter with a special blu-ray of “it’s such a beautiful day”. Your incredible response made the restoration of five of my older films possible and continued sales of the blu-ray have helped fund our latest productions, including “world of tomorrow” episodes two and three.
Everything I’ve ever animated would have quickly withered on the independent film vine over twenty-five years ago if the audience wasn’t always there to buy a ticket. I am like PBS but with more screaming. So thank you for being so wonderful. I truly hope you like what I’ve been doing with your money and I continue to be humbled and baffled that I’m still allowed to keep making movies for a living.
“World of Tomorrow” is an animated short film from 2015 that has grown into an ongoing independent series. Over two years in production, episode three was just released worldwide on-demand last october, after covid-19 cancelled our theatrical plans.
As of February 15th, this project has raised $300,000 of their $30,000 goal. This project has 24 days left to raise as much as it can. For a pledge of $20, you will get one Blu-Ray copy. For a pledge of $40, you will get one Blu-Ray copy plus stickers.
